1. OBJECTIVES
- To get acquainted with the state coordinate system,
- To get acquainted with the relation of observation on
geoid and ellipsoid and transition into plane.
2. TOPICS
2.1 Summary of lectures
- Basic notions on form and size of the Earth, Earth's
ellipsoid,
- Geometry of rotational ellipsoid, basic notions on
geometry at the ellipsoid surface,
- Ellipsoid radius curvature in point,
- Length of the meridian arc, computation of Gauß-Krüger
coordinates,
- Normal sections, azimuth of normal section, length of the
arc of normal section,
- Geodetic line, deviation between geodetic line and normal
section,
- Coordinate systems in geodesy,
- Calculus of geodetic coordinates, first and second
geodetic task at sphere and ellipsoid,
- Height reference surfaces, height systems,
- Definition of geoid, basic directions on geoid,
- Transition from geoid to reference ellipsoid, deviation
of vertical line,
- Basic horizontal and height nets,
- Tasks of basic geodetic nets state coordinate system.
2.2 Summary of exercises
- Practical examples from the treated material.
